Store Policies
Cayman Wireless Technologies offers the following Returns Policy:

Return Policy
Cayman Wireless's Product Return Authorization, Restock and Cancellation Policy The following returns guidelines reflect the new returns policy effective October 1, 2005.
Other manufacturer's product returns vary by vendor and may require return directly to the manufacturer under their individual guidelines. (A restocking fee of up to 25% will apply for exchanges).

Cayman Wireless has the following categories for issuing Return Material Authorizations (RMAs):
Dead on Arrival (DOA)
Under Warranty
Returns and Miss-shipments

Please read carefully the applicable section below for specific guidelines to qualify for an RMA.
Cayman Wireless must receive all RMA shipments within 15 days of obtaining an RMA number.
Any items returned between 15-30 days after RMA issuance are subject to an additional 10% restock fee. All RMAs automatically expire 30 days past date of issuance. All returned products must be 100% complete in original packaging and in pristine condition, with all packaging, software, manuals, blank warranty cards, and any other accessories or documentation included. 
Restock fees/credits will be applied based on the condition of the product after Cayman Wireless has received it. All testable products that are returned as defective and test "no trouble found" will be returned to the customer at their expense and will be charged an inspection fee.  A valid RMA number must be written clearly and conspicuously on the outside of the packaging. Incomplete or unauthorized returns will be refused or returned at the customer's expense.

 

Dead on Arrival (at time of installation)
All DOA products must be claimed within five days of receipt and returned to Cayman Wireless within 30 days of RMA issuance. Outside of 30 days, defective product will fall under warranty guidelines (see Warranty Policy below). All testable products that are returned as defective and test "no trouble found" will be returned to the customer at their expense and will be charged an inspection fee. All original components must be included or product
will be returned to the customer at their expense. DOA product will be replaced, not credited.

 

Under Warranty
See manufacturers' warranty and policies. After 30 days all product and request for repair / replace must be made directly with the manufacture. It is the responsibility of the manufacturer(s) to repair, return or replace them in accordance with their own written warranty policies:

Returns - on Non-Cayman Wireless Regularly Stocked Products (within 15 days of invoice) - Because we cannot accept returns of products once they have been opened, before opening each product please check its packaging and label carefully to be sure you received the correct product and version. If the supplier's original packaging and seal is still intact, you may return the product to us within 15 days from purchase for an exchange or merchandise credit (excluding shipping and handling charges), subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Return shipping to Cayman Wireless is at your own expense.

 

Open or marked box:
Non-Returnable Broken factory seal: Non-Returnable Returns on Cayman Wireless Regularly Stocked Products (all products) - You may return the product to us within 15 days from purchase for an exchange or merchandise credit (excluding shipping and handling charges), subject to a 15% restocking fee. Return shipping to Cayman Wireless is at your own expense. Returns on Custom Orders (non-configured), 
non-stocked, special orders - including custom-configured amplifiers and custom cable assemblies) -Custom orders are not returnable and are non-refundable. All sales are final. (Exception: DOA Status, see policy.)

 

Mis-shipments - If Cayman Wireless mis-ships your order, you must notify us within five days of receipt. Once we determine that the order was mis-shipped due to an error on our part, we will issue an RMA to exchange, not credit, the product. Errors made at the time of ordering by the customer (i.e., customer ordered the wrong product) will fall under the return policy above.

Order Cancellation - All "stocked product" cancellations are acceptable at no charge if order has not yet been processed or shipped. All other cancellations are subject to approval and will incur a fee based on the vendor cancellation fees charged. Product en-route is no longer considered a cancellation and is subject to the RMA rules.  If the condition of the returned product is unacceptable, or the exact product is not received as represented at time of RMA issuance, the product will be returned to the customer, at the customer's expense and no credit will be applied.
